Executive Vice President - Chief Financial Officer
Directs all financial accounting, reporting, treasury, cash management, risk management
and insurance for this financial institution thru a staff of fifteen individuals.
• Implemented internal controls and procedures for Treasury and Accounting
functions to enhance ROE from 5.00% to 8.50%.
• Built investment portfolio as an earning asset for the institution to a level of
approximately $ 155 million within three years from implementation. This
resulted in major revenue stream to augment core franchise earnings.
• Generated over $ 3 million in net gains on comprehensive management of
investment portfolio in addition to maintaining necessary liquidity.
• Developed Policy & Procedures to manage Interest Rate Risk with formalized
reporting to Board of Directors and Senior Management.

institution which currently includes eleven full service banking locations.
