Attention: Human Resource Specialist
Through my work with various companies, I have had first-hand experience
with many aspects of financial operational business. I have many years of
experience in the electronic commercial banking credit-risk operations. The
position required meeting deadlines, and staying organized and very
detailed in nature. I worked with verifications of overseeing all
transactions in India, Europe and USA. I oversaw both departments and
maintained that customers and employees received all necessary banking
requirements.
My customer contact varied via telephone, faxes, E-mails, sometimes in
person. I dealt with people from all over the country. I was able to teach
people in India our American customs and they taught me theirs. Some of the
employees from India came to the states also, where I was able to train
them on the job first-hand. With the varied cultural contact that I had,
you can understand that a sense of humor was very vital, as some
communications lended some difficulties. English was at times, difficult.
My college background is paralegal and medical billing and medical coding.
I recently graduated from Horry-Georgetown Tech. Working in the financial
field for over 15 years; I was able to apply some of my education. I was an
investigator of problems with accounts. Followed-up many different
situations, in which, I resolved, also. Due to the nature of the business
confidentiality was a must!
In addition to these experiences and skills, I am a member of AAPC and
Conway Hospital Coastal Coders group. I hold a certification with National
Healthcare in Certified Medical Billing & Coding. Also, I am a Mary Kay
Independent Beauty consultant.
I am applying for banking/medical/clerical position. Given my coursework
and experience, I feel I would be a valuable asset with your company. I
look forward to being considered for an interview.
Sincerely,
Carol L. Wojtko
