REITs, and non-profits.

- Demonstrated presentation skills. Secured over 200 exclusive listing

agreements from property owners, REIT and bank executives, non-

profits, and religious organizations.

- Managed a team of two employees. Directed day-to day brokerage

activities involving due diligence, sales strategy, market activity,

and property negotiation.

- Track comparable sales, rental rates, new developments, zoning

information.

. Project Management/Construction - Management of interior and exterior

renovations and major capital improvements. Budget and bid work to

contractors. Work with tenants regarding space planning. Hands-on

experience in construction.

documents.

producing market value and NPV evaluations, as well as DCF and IRR

models. Experience with Argus and other valuation software.

- Research and analysis of property information, including leases, rent
