Signature presses, a 14-unit Goss HV Signature press, an 8-unit Rotoman

and 6 unit Rotoman heatset commercial presses and a 32 unit DGM press

with a 1035 and a 1240 folder with upper formers. Processed payroll

through ADP as E-Time for the entire pressroom. Responsible for the

training and safety of 44 employees across a 3 shift operation.

Evergreen produces dailies, weeklies and monthly publications with time

sensitive delivery dates. Prioritized schedule and delegated work

assignments for 3 supervisors across a 3 shift pressroom operation.

Strived to meet all company performance standards and customer

requirements and meeting all printing deadlines. Coordinate any and all

press maintenenance based on customer commitment. Was responsible for

researching and developing all pressroom curriculum to include vendor

meetings to update product requirements and responsibilities.

6 web presses and 4 sheet-fed presses. Responsible for tracking the

attendance of employees in a union environment. Responsible for

performing color approvals and interaction with customers. Web presses

operated at Cadmus were two 8-unit Harris M-1000's, a 6-unit Harris

M-300 with an aqueous coater and sheeter, an 8-unit Hantscho, two 6 unit

Harris M-1000's, a 1-unit Timson T32, and two 6-unit Hantscho's.

Sheet-fed presses are a 7-unit Heidelberg with a coater (non-perfecting)

and three Harris TP 104 presses. Was in charge of 123 web and sheet-fed

employees in a unionized environment.
