● Works closely with the Base Project Officer and Government Quality Assurance
Representatives and implements procedures contained in the Standard Operating
P rocedures (AR-95-20)
● E nsures Aircraft are modified by my team in a t imely manner and under
a llotted hours with zero quality defects.
● Assign personnel to specific aircraft and ensure that the team compliment is
appropriate the required maintenance tasks due to be performed
● Request work orders for required MWO’s then t racks completion percentages
and man hours used.
● Report production issues and time t racking information daily to home station
p roduction supervisors via excel spreadsheet
● Lead teams during through MWO Prototype, Validation, and Verification
p rocesses
● I nspect for accuracy then approve assigned employees payroll information and
t imesheets then report information to home base payroll personnel.
● As a Crew Lead for a on location TDY mod team I perform many additional
d uties normally taken care of by home base personnel, IE: Supply, Shipping,
Calibration reports, Human resource, incident reports, Inju ry reports, ordering of
test equipment, and conducting required safety/special process t raining.
2007- 2011 Quality Control/Aircraft Inspector IV CSC /CFT AFMD
● I nspect all phases of maintenance on US ARMY aircraft, including OH-58, AH-
64, U H-60, CH-47 helicopters
● Guide others in the use of current applicable technical publications, MWO
workbooks, aircraft electronic forms, records and logbooks
● Lead modification teams by performing crew lead requirements during crew
lead’s absence
● Work with Management to meet contractual compliance by performing periodic
health, safety, and operational standard inspections
● P repare weekly and monthly workmanship discrepancy reports to assist in the
quality t rend analysis program
● Complete all the required aircraft historical entries and forms in accordance
w ith D.A. pamphlet 738-751 and U L LSA-E system requirements
● I nspect depot level airframe, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic work for
compliance with standard aircraft repair procedures and MWO requirements
● Coordinate with government Quality Assurance Representatives to ensure
a ircraft safety and customer satisfaction
2004- 2007 General Mechanic/Electrician CSC (DynCorp) OLR
● I n terpret complex wi ring diagrams and modification instructions
● A pply standard t roubleshooting techniques to electrical, hydraulic systems
and repair faults
● A nnotate all maintenance completed in workbook and aircraft logbook
● Use various test sets and equipment to MOC all components that were
replaced or installed during modifications
● Operate aircraft systems in order to perform receiving inspections
● Perform depot level maintenance and repairs to electrical, hydraulic, and
avionics systems

● Lead armament phase teams in tear down and rebuild of aircraft
● Read wi ring diagrams to isolate electrical faults on aircraft
● P reformed laser guided weapon and sighting system alignment procedures and
adjustments
● I nspected mechanical, pneudraulic, and electrical aircraft systems for
serviceablity
● D iagnosed avionics and fi re control radar faults and returned aircraft to
working condition
