2006.) Muscle Shoals, AL. I have around 25,000 hours with the Boilermakers.

Duties: Performing Maintenance on boilers and related boiler equipment.

These duties included:

3. Reading and understanding blueprints

4. Operation of various work related equipment.

Goodyear - Union City, TN. (2000-2011) Transferred to Topeka, KS (2011 -

present) Position – Maintenance/Welder-Mechanic.

Work Record:

I have worked for several companies through the union during the time that I was

employed with them including Tennessee Valley Authority, Foster Wheeler, Union

Boiler, Day Zimmerman NPS, and Babcox and Wilcox. I have NEVER received a

poor work evaluation. I have also never had to miss any time from work due to an

accident.

control.
