Visions Marketing Services Telephone Banking Representative

Responsibilities included telephone contact to prospective homeowners who
could benefit from a first or second lien position home equity loan/line of
credit product to help customers consolidate debt and/or complete home
improvement projects at a lower competitive interest rate. The task was to
convince these prospects that one of the mortgage packages were right for
them and their family. I would collect the loan application information
and those applications were then passed on to the Loan Officers of the
companies we were contracted to solicit for. Our lead generation programs
were for well known, established organizations such as Country Wide Home
Loans, Allied Home Mortgage, Mid Auto State and LaSalle Bank. Implemented
sales techniques taught and kept myself up to date on product information
and system knowledge which helped increase my sales abilities to convert
loan applications over the phone; i.e. was awarded The Employee of the
Month for December 2007 for my outstanding sales performance.
