Successfully managed 24 hours/day, seven days/week
restaurant until leaving in 1984.
Re-recruited by owner to re-assume management of
Mountain Gate in 1986. Managed 110 employees in
operation of $3.2 million/year restaurant.
Recruited, hired, trained and scheduled all
employees. Negotiated all purchase contracts for
equipment, maintenance, and food. Wrote and priced
menus. Controlled all advertising and promotion.
o Developed significant bus tour business through
participation in bus association/tourist
promotion groups, moderate pricing, and quick
bus tour service through buffets for breakfast,
