2 Position: Project Manager
. In the middle of 2012, two of the most strategic projects were delayed,
due to several planning and execution problems. One of the projects was
the substitution of the entire trading platform, called PUMA, built
jointly with the CME Group (Chicago Mercantile Exchange) and the other
one was the acquisition and implementation of SMARTS Surveillance System,
bought from NASDAQ OMX Group.
. As Project Manager of these two projects, with budgets that exceed 100
million USD and difficulties with the vendors and partners that were
spread around the world, several challenges were faced but in the end,
the optimal planning and leadership were decisive for achieving success.
. In the beginning of 2013, both projects were delivered on time, within
the planned cost, and received praise inside the company, by high
executives and outside, by financial news agencies;

4 Position: Project Manager / Project Specialist
. Project manager responsible for large, high-risk, high-return projects,
such as the Evolution of the Primary OSS (Operation systems support) and
the Inclusion of the 9th Digit for mobile subscribers of the National
Code 11 (S o Paulo area).
. The 9th Digit project was highly challenging due to it's huge numbers:
development of +120 systems, update of the physical network, change
mobile platforms across Brazil, team of more than 200 hundred people
collaborating and budget over 30 Million USD.
. The project had to be delivered exactly on the 29th of July due to a
regulator rule, and it was delivered precisely, making 370 million new
telephone numbers available, preventing the mobile market of running out
of numbers.
. Besides this huge project, was responsible for management of a program
and project portfolio, focusing on strategic decisions;
. Coaching and Mentoring of less experienced project managers, introducing
best practices for project management and developing new project
management methodologies;
. Work as a facilitator on the communication between business departments,
technology teams and executives;
. Data gathering for analysis and improvements of the project management
