Matt has over 10 years of construction experience, having shown the ability to learn and progress into a member of any

project management team. He began his career as a Laborer and now serves Okland as a Project Superintendent. Matt

is familiar with many aspects of the construction process including Site W ork, Structural Concrete, Survey, Underground

Utilities, Road Construction, Commercial and High-end applications. He has taken the lead on significant projects as the

Project Surveyor, Project General Foreman, Assistant Project Superintendent, and Project Superintendent. He has

worked on various government projects throughout his career and is familiar with the stringent quality control systems

that need to be in place for such high-tech, high-security projects.
