Duties: Care for children between the ages of 6 weeks to 5 years. Provide a

nurturing environment for the children to gain new skills. Encourage the

development of motor (fine and gross), verbal, and social skills. Assist

teacher in implementing lesson plans (shapes, colors, reading, mathematics,

etc), with meals, toileting and coordinating nap time. Ensure children

safety at all times and provide emotional security while they are away from

Duties: Under the supervision and direction of the physical therapists, I

would instruct, assist, and safeguard patients performing various exercises

and activities. I would secure patients onto therapy

equipment and administer heat/cold therapy. Assist patients to

dress/undress, and put on/remove supportive devices (braces, splints, etc).

Clean and organize work area and disinfect equipment after treatment and

change linens.
