Duration of Work- 02/2013- Present. Duties- Retrieve needed materials from

warehouse to set up machines for production line, also pick up finished goods

off of production lines. Interact with drivers and ensure they obtain an order

confirmation number. Sign paperwork and make sure all material is counted and

noted for. Compare weight enclosed by driver and company to actual product.

Unload truck using sit-down forklift, receive material using RF scanner gun,

insert materials proper weight, lot number, P.O. number and create labels for

products. Assign product to its proper location in warehouse and move it using a

forklift. Pick customer orders using sit-down, stand-up, cherry picker forklifts.

Make sure customer has their proper amount of material and is taken care of in a

timely manner. Also, take inventory of products and make sure inventory system

is up to date.

Duties- Remove customers personal belongings from their home/company in a

professional and respectable manor. Carry belongings up or down stairs in a

careful state. Pack and load company truck using hand truck, sit down forklift.

Made sure every item was counted for and packed in a position were items could

not be damaged or broken.

Duties- Placed trailer jacks under trailers for safety purposes. Unloaded trailers

of packaged material and placed them in the warehouse using a forklift. Received

and shipped to Fed-Ex and UPS, familiar with systems and associates. Retrieved

needed materials from warehouse and brought them to the line at a fast pace with

a forklift. Grabbed packed skids off lines and brought them to a machine used to

wrap skids with plastic with a forklift. Took skids off wrap machine and loaded

them either in warehouse or truck trailers to be shipped using a forklift, changed

bill of lading to its needed amount and weight. Took inventory of materials and

placed data on a computer. Operated filler machine to fill containers with liquid

and powder, also a machine used to label containers. Operated a stand up cherry

picker used to pick orders from warehouse and deliver them to production line.

Placed trailer jacks under trailers for safety purposes. Unloaded food and material

off of trailer with a sit-down forklift from the dock to needed location for

stockers to transport to floor or warehouse using a stand-up forklift. Loaded

trailers with unwanted material with forklift to transfer back to company or

disposal. Took inventory of foods/materials and applied data to a computer.

Experience with FED-EX and UPS system and associates. Cleaned area of waste

and unwanted boxes, Compressed emptied boxes in a bailer machine.
