Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining equipment rebuilding parts for the equipment. And performing preventive

maintenance procedures for more efficient quality of the products and reducing down time

Accomplishments

I become the safety spokesperson on my shift and helped on projects for equipment rebuilds. I also have

extensive safety training as well as earning level 4 mechanic.

Skills Used

I have very good communication skills working with other mechanics as well as management. I also have

computer skills that helped developed plans for work orders and projects. I am currently involved with the 5

S manufacturing program and lean production program.

Responsibilities

Keep dust levels down to the EPA standards and ran all heavy equipment from heavy trucks to front end

loaders. I also maintained the maintenance on the equipment as well as PM the equipment.

Accomplishments

I became a member of the safety leadership that audited the equipment and the actual working plants that

produced the products. I worked closely with MSHA for a safe environment.

Skills Used

Developed a strong ability to work in safety not only with OSHA but with MSHA. Was able to work with

management to help develop plans for hourly PM's with all the equipment.
