qualifications. Provide daily work assignments. Ensures right personnel retained for a career
and or promotion in the military through performance management. Managed section programs.
• Analyzes operating environment, solves organizational problems, analyzes impact of business
initiatives and sets the direction for the unit in order to align with the squadron's strategic plan and
other regulatory guidance.
• Manages training section, ensures the training and development of 15 military
professionals and one civilian through on-the-job training, formal schooling and distance
learning course initiatives.
• Oversees effective use of organizational resources and directs the effective use of the
squadron's human resource capabilities through the formation of action-oriented team and
program management in order to achieve business objectives.
Accomplishments
• Managed 16 personnel in all aspects of professional and personal facets in accordance
with Air Force, Federal, and state policies, procedures, and laws.
• Directed unit efforts for inspection excellence; garnered Air Mobility Command's
Installation Excellence Award for 2012; one of only 2 bases selected by an Air Force
level inspection team.
• Implemented and managed a planning database to ensure inspections of 138 different Air
Force assets are inspected when due. Zero inspections overdue for first time in 5 years.

• Directly managed a diverse environment; 27 personnel from 8 different countries. Lead,
mentor and train 27 people in aircraft maintenance. Evaluate quality and personal

• Managed all shop programs to ensure national and international laws and regulations are

Accomplishments
• Managed 27 people from 8 different countries in all aspects of professional and personal
facets in accordance with the North American Treaty Organization policies and laws.

support of mission requirements.

• Managed and safeguarded facilities, vehicles, and support equipment valued in excess of
$455 million and squadron programs.
• Establish priorities to determine workforce requirements to maintain organizational
structure and staffing levels as appropriate.
Accomplishments
• Lead evaluator for major inspection preparation. Prepared squadron for team comprised
of several bases to inspect programs and activities. Zero safety findings, squadron
received the only “Excellent” rating on McConnell AFB.
• Advised and developed Non Commissioned Officer Enhancement course. Assisted Base
Career Advisor with developing and readying a new generation of Air Force Leaders.

• Exercised human resource management for 550 personnel on personal and professional
issues.
• Primary advisor to commander, other squadron leadership and general unit personnel on
Department of Defense, Air Force, base, and unit on policies, guidelines and procedures
and program management.
• Enhanced mentorship and team building of base's enlisted force through hands-on involvement
with professional military education programs, university liaison activities and workplace conflict
mediation.
• Sole source of problem-solving resources for all personnel; analyzed professional and personal

Accomplishments
• Evaluated and revamped McConnell Air Force Bases largest Drug Demand Reduction
Program.
• Won Squadron Lt Gen Leo Marquez award for the smooth integration of 200+BRAC
personnel and families.
