To Whom It may concern:
I am happy to recommend Diana for this position. She is a conscientious and dedicated worker and works well with people. When I
worked with her in the Lebanon Valley Brethren Home for almost 10 years, I was amazed at the lengths she went to, to make life fun and
interesting for the residents. Like when she hauled in bags of cement and made path stones for the garden. And planted lots of flowers
and vines surrounding the wall of the gazebo...all with the residents...it was beautiful.. I know she works well with others but I think
Diana works extremely well alone also. She is filled with a lot of ideas and doesn't need inspiration from others to do her job. She is
always moving forward and bettering herself and the people around her. Diana takes anything she is asked to do seriously and strives to
do her absolute best.
She is a dedicated worker. Even though she has never held a managerial position, I know she would have no problem at all with it
because that is basically what she did in the LVBH as a Therapeutic Recreation Assistant. She was the person in charge to co-ordinate
the activities for the residents on a daily basis, and like I said it was very impressive how she handled it. The residents loved her
activities so much and looked forward to cooking and baking with her, going on lunch dates to restaurants, watching movies and playing
bocci ball, sing-alongs, dancing always something new and exciting to look forward to. She co-ordinated it all.
I am happy for her that she has this opportunity and do not hesitate in the least to tell you she would be a great asset to your team.

Re: Diana Brandt
To Whom It May Concern;
I confirm that I have known Diana Brandt for a year. As an RN at the Good Samaritan Hospital, I was given the opportunity to work with
Diana, which leads me to highly recommend her as a candidate for employment. Diana was employed by GSH as the ER unit secretary
for 5 years.
Diana was responsible for obtaining pertinent patient information, assembling patient charts while maintaining proper order, answering
phone calls, contacting physicians when consultations were requested, and a lot more.
Diana can work independently and is able to follow through to ensure that the job gets done. She has excellent communication skills, is
extremely organized, computer literate, and reliable. Diana is excellent at what she does. In my opinion, any employer would be lucky to
have her as part of her team.
If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to call or email me.
Sincerely,
Isabel Osorio, RN

To whom it may concern,
I believe that Diana Brandt is an all-around well-qualified individual. I worked with her for the better part of four years and during that
time, I observed her in the role of an ER secretary.
In most ERs, things often become hectic and Diana had no problem picking up other people's tasks as well as her own and completing
them with efficiency and grace. Diana never complained about her workload or the fact that she often has to multi-task.
She always came to work with a smile and a positive attitude, often lifting the spirits of those around her when morale was low.
I think Diana Brandt would be a wonderful team player and a fantastic asset to your company.
Thank you for your time,
Jillian C. Kleinfelter
To whom it may concern,
I worked with Diana from June of 2008 to May of 2011 in the Emergency Department at Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon,
PA. Diana served as the Unit Secretary. She performed with professionalism, assertiveness, efficiency, and kindness in her secretarial
duties. She has excellent written and verbal communication skills, is extremely organized, works independently, handles stressful
situations in a calm and collected manner, and follows through to ensure that her responsibilities are accomplished.
Diana went above and beyond her position to ensure patient safety, patient satisfaction, and the timely transition of patients
entering and leaving the Emergency Department. On several occasions I remember her taking the initiative to help the nurses and nursing
assistants by cleaning the patient rooms after patients were discharged. This was not one of Diana’s responsibilities, however she
recognized that this action would help the flow of patients waiting to be evaluated and therefore allow more patients to be seen in a
timely manner. She promptly notified the physicians and nurses of vital information regarding patients and often took the next step in
contacting necessary personnel before even being asked to do so by her coworkers.
Diana willingly picked up shifts when there were staffing needs and covered for her coworkers when they could not meet
their scheduled shifts. Numerously, she stayed later than her scheduled shift to assist the busy ER. Diana also oriented new secretaries to
their positions, acting as a mentor and teacher as they began their new employment.
Diana Brandt would be an asset to any employer and I would be honored to recommend her for any endeavor she chooses to
pursue. If you wish to contact me for any follow-up correspondence or to answer further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me
via telephone or email.
Sincerely,

To whom it may concern,
I am writing on behalf of Diana Brandt. I have been acquainted with Diana for over eight years, and during that time I have known her to
be organized, responsible and approachable.
I met Diana when we worked together at Lebanon Internal Medicine where she oversaw the telephone triage for Primary Care and
worked on insurance authorizations. During that time I had witnessed her ability to improve processes in daily tasks and problem solve.
One of the challenges she improved was the call back time from physician to patient. Her ability to organize patient information and
communicate effectively resulted in a reduced wait time for the patient. This is just one example of the many tasks Diana managed while
at LIMA.
Diana works collaboratively with others and delegates when appropriate. I have known her to be professional, compassionate and remain
positive in the face of adversity.
Regards,
Yvonne Ross

Diana, since I don't consider myself much of a writer, what I've done in the past is ask people to write a rough draft for me and I modify
it if necessary and sign it. I have enjoyed working with you and feel very good about giving you a good reference. When I felt in the
midst of battle I always appreciated you at the command post. You are a competent leader in your area of duty, never reluctant to engage
and trustworthy. Thanks for all the days you helped me out.
