Grew the organization from one unit in El Campo with a budget of $150,000 to an additional unit in Palacios in our

neighboring Matagorda County and a combined budget of more than $350,000. Worked with the board to renew

the by-laws sense the organization's structure changed with the addition of the new unit and possibly more.
