PROJECT:

I've lead the team and done a project named "FAULT

CLASSIFICATION IN A THREE PHASE SINGLE LEVEL INVERTER USING WAVELET

TRANSFORM AND PROXIMAL SUPPORT VECTOR MACHINE".

SYNOPSIS:

The above mentioned project involves classification of faults

in a three phase single level inverter using Wavelet transform and Proximal

support Vector Machine (PSVM). A three phase single level inverter circuit

is designed using simulink and the simulation results for various fault

conditions are obtained. The results are then loaded into the Wavelet

toolbox in order to obtain the Standard Deviations. A simple but efficient

algorithm known as proximal Support Vector machine is used to classify the

type of fault occurred in a three phase single level inverter circuit and

the computational results shows that the classification accuracy is very

high with less computational time.

ROLE:

Initiated the project by giving idea and involved in the

designing of the inverter circuit and also assisted in loading the outputs

into the Wavelet toolbox.
