requisition process to the position being filled. Company hired over

50 employees in a eleven month period.

. Managed the STV website recruiting program including job posting and

candidate search for open positions.

. Sustained and updated the company sponsored recruitment website to

include job postings and open positions, while marketing to interested

candidates.

. Coordinated the company's seasonal on-campus college recruiting.

Visited over 15 different schools in less than three months and

extended offers to 7 individuals.

. Oversaw the company's immigration program. Tracked the companies 50+

H1B visas and 10 green card applications.
