Management, Manufacturing Operations, Finance, Accounting, Business

EXPERIENCE:

April 2012 to August 2013 Aurora Flight Sciences, Columbus, MS

General Manager (April 2012 to Present)

Manage entire facility, including, cost, quality, schedule, community and

government relations, and business ethics. Ensure optimal synchronicity of

all plant operations, successful implementation of tactical plans and

fiscal control of $40 million annual sales.

Oversaw building / installation of new $16M composite manufacturing

facility and equipment to support new commercial customer. Equipment

included Automated Fiber Placement, 16' X 40' Autoclave, Ultra Sonic NDI,

NC Router and Gerber Ply Cutter.

Manage all departments, which include 72 managerial, professional and

operational employees.

Implemented site 'all employee' bonus plan based on performance of quality,

delivery and cost with quarterly payouts of up to $450 per employee. In

addition, implemented first ever employee engagement / satisfaction survey

for site that was utilized across the enterprise.

Manage entire facility, including community and government relations,
