hiring needs. Prescreen, recommend, and extend job offers to candidates. Follow-up with management during
the recruitment process to update the manager on the candidate pool, interviews in process, and references.
Ensure that post offer checks have been completed such as background checks and drug screens. Obtain
accurate and thorough job reference checks to ensure the candidate will meet organizational standards.
Administer promotions, transfers and demotions and determine compensation for each.

positions. Used Citrix and Brassring to review applications and hire new caregivers. Partnered with
management at monthly Patient Care Meetings to discuss updates and changes in hiring processes. Conducted

Submitted a weekly update to each supervisor with an open position list stating exactly where each applicant

recruiting, and referrals. Conducted basic training for incoming agents including: working through the basic
training guide and critiquing sales presentations. Provided continuous tracking of agent progress over a six
month period and ongoing training as needed. Reported agent progress to District Manager. Other duties
included: behavioral interviews, background checks, using company computer systems, interacting with
company and state licensing departments, involvement with other recruiting companies, tracking all recruiting
activities and outcomes, and doubled as an Administrative Assistant to the District Manager when needed.
