cases represented savings from 50 to 100% of the salaries of plant personnel. These savings amounted
approximately $142,000 during the year.
• Analyzed the sales department and distribution division to relocate the personnel and obtained a distribution
and sales company that could do the same for a small percentage of sales. This represented savings
amounting to $250,000 a year.
• Obtained from the Banco de Desarrollo Economico de PR a $750,000 at a low interest rate for the acquisition
of new machinery and equipment for the company.
• In here we also deal with percentage of completion and per unit cost accounting since we have a
manufacturing production line.
• We also have contracts with farmers to growth tomatoes, onions, peppers and other products
