3.11 JOB DESCRIPTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Equipment District Engineer in planning, supervision and managing in all phases of equipment work
schedule and activities in assigned Project to finish he Project with in the predetermined schedule or time frame.
Prepares Masterlist of Equipment Requirements to a designated scope of work in the Project within the agreed
in house estimate for its equipment requirements.
Plans and supervise the insurance of security measures of all equipment deployed in the area.
Monitor consumption of fuel and lubricants issued to the equipment and prepare the request necessary for
refilling.
Make thorough study and evaluation of equipment performance of equipment deployed and oversee that it is
being maximized to certain efficiency.
Prepare accomplishment reports and daily utilization report as per equipment shift hours.
Prepare job orders for repair of equipment that breakdown for approval by District Equipment Engineer. Ensures
that operators and drivers are implementing proper guidelines, rules and regulation as per directed by District
Office.
Reports to District engineer any untoward incident or deliberate malfunctions regarding equipment and
personnel.
Performs other job that may be given from time to time.

Assist the Equipment Supervisor in carrying plans and programs in provision, delivery and Mobilization of
equipment for the Project.
Prepares requisition forms for spare parts for approval of Project manager.
Coordinates with Construction Supervisors and Field Engineers for actual schedule for operation of equipment
deployed at the Project
Coordinates with Operators for the accomplishment of daily equipment utilization of equipment.
Monitor movement of equipment and enforce that proper utilization, operation and handling are observed.
Provides security and maintains order, disciplines with in the Workshop area.
Schedule the priority repair and preventive maintenance of equipment in accordance with the approval of
Equipment Superintendent.
