. Managed and leveraged an annual commodity buy of $103M with a supply base

of 167 suppliers to consistently achieve all corporate objectives.

. Consolidated 20% of supply base and worked with Mexican suppliers to

achieve a 30% localization.

. Managed and facilitated transition of suppliers, components, equipment

and ensured all regulations were met when plant was relocated to Mexico

and an assembly line moved to Venezuela.

. Improved working capital (payables) by 2 days by working with Accounts

Payable and Accounts Receivable to make sure billing was correct and

current for supplier invoices.

Net 60 (and higher) for 80% of the supply base

plant personnel whenever new chemical was introduced.

suppliers and company by negotiating contracts, prices and services for

all commodities.

. Achieved 25 new product approvals per year as a result of early supplier
