Complete Field Upgrade for a COBRA Semi-automated Robotic Cleaning system
which involved switching systems internal components to a different
process. This required extensive recoding of the PLC software
configuration, complete hardware reconfiguration, and modification of
plumbing, electrical, and redlines of system drawings. Provided custom
technical training for both operators and engineers. I was hired again
later in the year to perform technical training again for new staff.

New equipment installation of SC 200 Rinser/Dryers. This included field
integration into existing customers Wet Cleaning System, software
modification, and chemical process partial qualification at .02 micron.
I preformed in-depth technical training for staff operators and on site
engineering team.
Texas Instruments - Texas
Integration of 4 new Solid-State Heater/Chillier on two existing fully
automated Wet Systems. This included installation of new equipment and
PLC input cards along with extensive system software. This upgrade had
never been proven before.

Product and Sales Support for customers of Rack mount Power Distribution
Units. In field service calls and telephone support for customers to help
configure and troubleshoot installation problems. Custom Engineering of
PDU's for multiple applications.
Achievements:
Started my own consulting company and provided customers with an
alternative method of field support. Top notch engineering solutions in
