* Responsible for dispatching material to production and Spare Part on JD Edwards Software.

Material Handler

Receive and check-in all product and equipment by packing slip and purchase order.

Essential Duties & Responsabilities
* Verifies batch components.
* Uses pick list/batch records/drum labels/release status reports and verify item numbers, amounts, batch
numbers and lot numbers product and component names, and verifies expiration dates.
* Verifies material by comparing batch records, pick lists, and weighing labels and checking the accuracy of
information recorded by the operators.
* Applies math skills to make calculations in Batch Record and SAP Records
* Performs weighing (tare, gross and net) operations.
* Performs raw material/components/intermediates weight adjustments.
* Ensures all documentation in official records in accurate, clearly written, and corrects any errors as per cGMP
procedure.
* Calculates batch accountability, % acceptable product by accounting for all rejects/scrap, in-process samples,
QC samples and acceptable material.
* Completes operator report listing setup time, release time, start and finish times, major/minor clean time, and
downtimes for each room and shift according to batches produced in accordance to planning schedule.
* Perform quality checks.
