representative were meeting daily statistics. After 5months of employment I was promoted to floor support
for new training classes. This position allowed me to help mold the new employees into the type of agents
that Teleperformance USA looks for. Later I was promoted to a supervising position. As a supervisor I was
responsible for monitoring and coaching a team of 15 20 agents on meeting and maintaining daily
statistics and handling customer issues and questions in the appropriate manner.
