large companies in the sectors of Oil & Gas, glass, hospital packages and,

Topside & Integration and HDT + HCC refinery units(for Petrobras); PBKUM,
PBKUS, PBKUA2, PB-KU-H, PB-Zaap-C, CB-Zaap-C, HA-KU-S, HA-KU-M(Pemex), BM-
C-8 Polvo Project(jacket + FPSO) for Devon Energy Co., a FPSO to Chevron
and one Jackup Rig for Saudi Aramco, dealing with national and
international companies. Negotiation on business partnership agreements,
work scope responsibility matrix definition, risk matrix, guarantees, and
partnership searching & development for consortium / JV / SPC formation.
Besides those main projects, negotiation on general projects for Saudi
Aramco, Petrobras America, Bluewater, FMC Modec, SAIPEM, Aker Kvaerner,
Rolls-Royce, Dresser, Nuovo Pignone, and others. Coordination of the
TRANSPETRO bid.
< Direct negotiation with Petrobras for contract signature, for the P54
FPSO Unit(US$725MM), Mexilhao Gas Platform(US$550MM), 4FPSO
Conversion(US$1,7Bi) and 6 Drilling Rig Units(US$4,8Bi).
< Project Manager of the FPSO Cidade de Rio das Ostras carry over job, in
Guanabara Bay.
< Development of an strategic planning for the company, defining objectives
and targets, identification and research of the weak and strong points
for the company in the market in terms of quality, productivity, and
profitability, providing a direction in the market, strategies to provide
resources and develop new products, who has been the direct responsible
by the research, and effective search of new markets and partners in
