As the Executive Assistant, my primary duties were keeping the Site

Division Manager's calendar current, scheduling appointments, travel

arrangements, doing his expense reports, setting up customer meetings,

as well as supporting the engineering team and program managers using

my multi-tasking skills. Some of my other duties were, but not

limited to included:

. Responsible for monitoring business opportunities in our Division

using Excel program

. Managed the whole Division's travel arrangements, processed their

expense reports and maintained personnel files

to their doctor's appointments, grocery store, etc. and provide love

and attention to their pets. Also provide services to professionals

with busy schedules, such as taking and picking them up to and from

the airport.

An Independent Contractor teaching Tone & Sculpt and Killer Core

classes at Chuze Fitness. Very energetic and create my own workout
