Manufacturing Engineer

. Perform all Engineering duties for new Steam and Gas Turbines in Rotor

Line department.

. Create detailed work instructions for TIG & SAW Welding, Machining, Blade

Assembly and Balancing areas. Prepare and release documents and

installation drawings.

. Lead Engineer on Pingwei III China project, consisting of 4 low pressure

LT45 type rotors generating 1050 megawatts per shaft train and managing

project from start to completion. Project valued at $6.1 million.

. Assistant Engineer on: Dresden, Peach Bottom, Miller and GT2451

Manzenillo projects.

. No NCR's generated due to my work instructions or manufacturing

operations plans.

. Specify and order needed equipment and materials for process

qualification tests.

. Write Engineering dispositions for Nonconformance and Cause & Corrective

Action Reports.

. Solid computer skills: MS Office-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP/PowerMax,

Lotus Notes and PDM programs. Proficiency in both Metric and English
