Sample Analyst
• Support sample reconciliation process for designated accounts according to internal
S tandard Operating procedures (SOP) and client business rules (Daily, Monthly,
Quar terly, Independent/annual inventories, termination/closeout inventories)
• Responsible for adhering to client business rule requirements for designated
accounts (timelines, returning phone calls/call log usage, escalation process, status
reports, discrepancy reports, additional reports as may be required by designated
accounts.

• Receipt of inbound calls from sales representatives and field managers with a high
degree of professionalism and customer service for the purpose of providing
authorization numbers and to respond to questions.
• Make outbound call to sales representatives and field managers with a high degree

m issing information on sample t ransaction forms and Sample Request Forms (SRFs)
to allow processing of the forms.
