Sample Analyst

• Support sample reconciliation process for designated accounts according to internal

S tandard Operating procedures (SOP) and client business rules (Daily, Monthly,

Quar terly, Independent/annual inventories, termination/closeout inventories)

• Responsible for adhering to client business rule requirements for designated

accounts (timelines, returning phone calls/call log usage, escalation process, status

reports, discrepancy reports, additional reports as may be required by designated

accounts.

and completeness.

• Maintain all roster changes and updates for designated accounts

• Follow processes and procedures to ensure accuracy of documents received from

sales representatives of designated accounts.

• Receipt of inbound calls from sales representatives and field managers with a high

degree of professionalism and customer service for the purpose of providing

authorization numbers and to respond to questions.

• Make outbound call to sales representatives and field managers with a high degree

of professionalism and customer service for the purpose of correcting or obtaining

m issing information on sample t ransaction forms and Sample Request Forms (SRFs)

to allow processing of the forms.

• Run t rending reports on a monthly basis per established wri t ten procedures.

• Attend and actively participate in departmental meetings.

• Remain organized, work within deadlines and, plan and prioritize tasks in order to

meet deadlines.

• Alert manager immediately to any system and equipment errors and failures and/or

any t rends that could be caused by system and equipment errors and failures.

• Work directly with other departments to ensure consistency across PRS/Franklin

Sample Management.
