Volunteer Experience
Volunteer at St. Louis Children's Hospital
April 2007 - Present (6 years 5 months)
Volunteered at Children's Hospital during spring semester of senior year. Unlike the many other volunteers
whose high school's required them to acquire "hours" to graduate, my sole reason for volunteering was to
fulfill my desire to help and care for others in need. I chose a pediatric hospital because in my eyes, there is
nobody more innocent and helpless than a sick child. It was truly my greatest pleasure and blessing to form
relationships with patients and their families to better their experience and brighten up their days.
