Description: My Bookings Reports provides the Bookings services to the field sales
organization. The E-Sales Portal Service provides “near-real-time” bookings update to the
field sales organization based on the most recent ERP activity of each individual’s customers,
territories or overlay responsibilities. Basically MyBookings is an Order Status
Reporting application providing Bookings,Non-Booked, Backlog and Revenue services to
both Direct and Overlay organization. Application also extended to provides a cockpit panel
display of his bookings, forecast, plan.The sales field user logon to the system and will look
at his daily and real-time order status.Order flows from ERP to CORE and then to CDW
where all the Bookings objects are published across Cisco. Data is then pulled into ODS
where we have all the reference data like customer, end user information. Adjustments
information is pulled from SCE, EIS into ODS, where both bookings and adjustments is
summarized and rolled up to CORP_REVENUE.Once the summarizations are completed in
ODS, data is pulled back into eSales DB for reporting for the client
.
