This program is a Community-Based Acute Treatment/Long-Term
Residential Treatment and Educational
facility for adolescent and latency clients that are admitted for
mental health and/or behavioral issues, caring
for any current medical issues or any that may arise during their
stay. Essential duties and responsibilities
include the following:
- Provide comprehensive oversight & management of all clients in
this medical program, which include
but not limited to the following:
Medications (side-effects, ordering, tracking), Doctor's

as necessary - coordinating with staff on timing and

Monitors physical condition of clients involved in physical

As a member of the NESP (Navy EHF Satellite Program) Trainer Software
Dev. Team, my task was to design screens for the Trainer Simulator
(complete life cycle). Wrote code in FORTRAN within a PC-386 MS-DOS,
Microsoft windows environment.
Programmer (7/91 - 11/94)
As a member of the NESP Processor Upgrade (PUP) Software Dev. Team, my
tasks included translating VAX FORTRAN (RP1600 processor) code to WATCOM
FORTRAN 77 (RP386 microprocessor) and resolve STRs due to design problems;
redesigned, coded, and then tested the change. Also wrote patches using
RP1600 VMS Assembly Language.
As a member of the AAS Pattern Test Generator SW Dev. Team (FAA Proj.),
assigned to convert Pascal code to "C" code, used to provide a series of
test patterns and simulation designed to verify the requirements of various
high-resolution display monitors. From design, to code and unit test,
assigned to several sections.
Associate Programmer (1/89 - 7/91)
Imaging Processing Lab, my task was to design a windowing interface to
plot data on a graph for Windshear. As a member of the TDWR (Terminal
Doppler Weather Radar) SW Dev. Team, tasks
included Configuration Management for the IDD using StP on the SUN
Workstation (Unix) and to create Message Diagrams using SunDraw (graphics
package) on the SUN Workstation. As a member of the RAMP, DERDX, and
TARTAR projects, I was assigned to maintain OSTR (ORACLE/SQL) database.
