VMWARE, INC. (ACQUIRED DYNAMICOPS) 2012 - 2013

Selected to assist with the integration and assimilation of DynamicOps

employees into VMware post acquisition. VMware is the global leader in

virtualization and cloud infrastructure, delivers customer-proven solutions

that accelerate IT by reducing complexity and enabling more flexible, agile

service delivery.

Senior Human Resources Business Partner

- Responsible for the successful integration and assimilation of DynamicOps

employees into VMware, Inc. Conducted focus groups which yielded key

information in monitoring the progress of the employee assimilation

process into VMware. Provided recommendations back to VMware HR to

improve communication, employee morale, and align policies.

- Transitioned and terminated benefits from DynamicOps to VMware.

DynamicOps, Inc. (Acquired by VMware) 2010 - 2012

Created an HR function for an aggressively growing start-up company which

was acquired by VMware, Inc. in July 2012. DynamicOps is the pioneer of the

Operations Virtualization platform that enables unified cloud automation

and management for enterprises.

- Responsible for the overall HR function for the United States and the

United Kingdom. Managed one person who assisted with recruitment and UK

- Key member of the acquisition team. Participated in initial interviews,

due diligence process, merger disclosure information and integration
