Fire District Management - The Property Management of the LaGrange Fire District Facilities and

the responsibility for preparing the annual line item budget which was last at $ 5.7 Million.

This concurrent endeavor also involved the building of a Professional Career Fire Department and

Paramedical response staff from scratch. The management of Human Resources, Contact Hiring,

negotiated benefits, time off requests, Personnel scheduling, Performance Appraisals, Labor Relations,

Contract Negotiations with Unions, and Contract Management.

Property Manager – Milltown ARP, Inc 1998 to 2010

Commercial/ Residential Building (Concurrent with Fire District positions)

Employed as the Property Manager & Leasing Agent of a Commercial Office Building with Multi-Family

Residential Rentals. I also at times did serve as the Buildings Managing Building Superintendent.

I am knowledgeable of general building construction and maintenance, e.g., light carpentry, electrical,

plumbing, painting, and HVAC Systems, general appliances, natural gas, and all possible emergencies.

Assistant Property Manager – Milltown ARP, Inc 1996 to 1998

Condo Property Management

The Condo Park development did consist of 18 buildings with a total of 72 units.

Experience in working with Association Boards and attending their Meetings, and the ability to make

everything runs monthly to their satisfaction.

Licensed Real Estate Broker - 1996 to Present

Experience and involvement in all aspects of Real Estate in which I have also worked as New York State

Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker and in Property Management.

I am presently associated with Paramount- NY Real Estate, # 136 East 57th Street, New York City, NY

10022, as a referral Associate Real Estate Broker.

I also represent Real Estate Clients in upstate New York Counties by appointment under (DSR) Reality.

Motor Inn Assistant Manager - Edison Motor Inn, Poughkeepsie. New York 12603 (1976 to 1978)

I was promoted to the position of Desk Manager responsible for Nights and Weekends. I was employed in

this capacity while I was a student attending Marist College.
