Residential Rentals. I also at times did serve as the Buildings Managing Building Superintendent.

I am knowledgeable of general building construction and maintenance, e.g., light carpentry, electrical,

plumbing, painting, and HVAC Systems, general appliances, natural gas, and all possible emergencies.

The Condo Park development did consist of 18 buildings with a total of 72 units.

Experience in working with Association Boards and attending their Meetings, and the ability to make
