I bought all the raw material for the plant to fulfill our clients work orders
I was in charge of the receiving department, making sure that all material were received correctly into our control system by quantity, price, right items to
give our users the best service possible, at the same time make sure of the correct usage of the material, we try to maintain the lower scrap percentage
possible.
I was in charge of inventory department, try to keep valance between the material and the production plan; we try to work allocating materials as
efficiently as possible to optimize the program, at the same time tried to keep a low inventory number.
Logistics department we kept track of all the raw material delivered to us and the finish goods leaving our facility, making sure to have all the paper work
needed for import and export. We kept track of all the shipments of finished product to the different distribution centers.
Planning department, all the departments above worked together to have the best production plan taking in account meeting the deadlines, be as much
productive as possible with all facility employees, try not to lose money every day to finish up on the positive side, and most important to have the best
quality product is out there.

I was in charge of planning weekly meeting with the Company’s CEO, CFO, President and Vice President to informed them of the weekly operations of
their two different mines.
We had monthly meetings including investors to bring the up to speed on the major operations as well as for new project.
I made weekly reports showing the highlight and updates on the process of the projects of 24 different departments of the two sites combined.
Once a month we had a visit of possible new investors to take the on a tour through the mines to show them how the process was done, informed the plans
for the future projects, we created presentations with statistic data, weekly, monthly and yearly production, we show them the tendency between bid and
demand, how the stock market was behaving during that time.

running.
We had a Job hunter department to find the most qualify people that they needed to start operations according to the business requirements.
I travel to different places on investment fairs to promote our state and attract possible investors.
