Quality Control

Provide oversight at the project to ensure each subcontractor is proceeding as scheduled and following all

design and specifications per contract and plan.

Resolve all vendor, subcontractor, and customer conflicts.

Ensure that all construction designs, building plans, bid sheets, and bill of materials meet specifications

and codes.

Financial Management

Develop budgets and estimates for each project and work to ensure project stays within budget.

Facilitate complex customer and mortgage/banking transactions.
