agencies in the Hudson Valley. Led a team of three supervisors, four
mechanics, and 32 drivers in the safe and efficient daily transportation of
over 400 mentally disabled individuals. Managed a fleet of over 200
vehicles including the purchasing, preventative maintenance, cost-effective
repairs MSDS log book, and proper licensing requirements. Responsible for
a budget of over $2 million. Achieved and maintained zero staff vacancy
over the past two and a half years. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills which produced a department exceedingly high in morale and
effectiveness. Responsible for the writing of grants and was awarded over
$300,000 in bus procurements through New York State Department of
