• Six Sigma Quality Project- Increased the project handling rate by Implementing Six Sigma Improvements in a Non Profit

Organization “Groundwork Buffalo”. DMAIC methodology applied to the process of the organization using quality tools.

• Lean Cell Design- Completed a future state value stream mapping of a manufacturer and multiple cell design alternatives

with different set up changeovers to meet flexible customer demand

• Quality Assurance – Optimization of Auto gyro(paper) design- Conducted gage RnR study to find linearity in the

measurement system, completed a factorial experiment to find critical parameters and finally conducted SPC study to find out

the capability indices of an optimized auto gyro
