• Successfully managed the implementation of an enterprise-wide centralized Oracle Human
Resources Management System resulting in effective management, comprehensive process
automation, efficiency increase and cost reduction by more than 25%
• Built payroll fast formulas for handling complex payroll requirements of several countries
• Performed data migration by extracting data from legacy HR systems, validating data consistency,
performing data cleansing, loading data into Oracle HRMS using staging tables and Oracle APIs
