2009- 2013 I am working at present with Nexgen Communications of Elsies River in Cape Town as a Technician /

Driver.

1995- 1998. Worked for Business Equipment Corporation as an Electro/Mechanical trainee. I was trained on

electrical, electronic and mechanical business machines. I did electronic courses up to City and Guilds T3 Level. I

worked on copiers and duplicators and plan printers. I did servicing, fitting spares and consumables, repairing and

board repairs reading from sschematic diagrams. 1999-2001 Promoted to field technician. As a field

technician my duties involved on site repairs, calling on customers, training customers on best machine use and

ordering spares for customers and assisting the sales department with leads and training juniors.

2002-2007 Left BEC and joined a Xerox Copier distributor. MBM as a Field Technician . I received more

copier training and dgital copier training and computer training. My duties involved calling on customers, fault

finding and fixing problems, servicing machines and customer training. My duties also involved machine set up and

installations, machine callibration and fitting spares and consumables.

2007 -2009 Joined Nashua Century City South Africa as a Workshop Engineer and received more training . I did

training on Internet Fax, Printing, Priport, Scanning, Troubleshooting, and Colour Copiers and Printers and A+. My

duties involved machine refurbishments, machine servicing, fitting new spares, fault finding, preventative

maintenance and troubleshooting. I worked on high volume machines which included the MPC 5000 and

MPC4000.
