Act as lead voice engineer for The Chickasaw Nation. Duties entail:

• Design, build and support CUCM cluster with ~5000 voice end-points.

• Design, build and support CER cluster from initial install.

• Define and modify dial plans as needed.

• Design and develop a software system to provide automated call reporting.

• Design and develop multiple software tools using the CUCM AXL to assist in supporting

CUCM registered phones.

• Identify voice needs within organization. Design solutions that align with the department's long

term goals, and plan implementations.

• Troubleshoot voice related issues, and if needed work directly with carriers for resolution.

• Identify IOS with the most appropriate voice feature set and ensure all voice gateways are

using the selected code level.

Develop and manage a Cisco wireless environment containing over 400 APs. Duties entail:

• Plan and map initial wireless installations at a variety of new facilities.

• Create heat maps to identify poor coverage areas.

• Troubleshoot wireless connectivity issues.
