2007, down to .04% on $63M stocking profile over 13 countries in 2012. Average write-off over

5 year tenure has been less than 1% with an industry average of 3%

• Staffing levels have remained the same over 5 years even with additional requirements by

streamlining efficiency in all departments, cross training and team member involvement in

reorganization of work areas.

Purchasers and 4 Material Planners.

• Maintaining the financial integrity of the company. Budgetary commitments were maintained

over a 3 year period. Turning a profit in each of the 3 years.
