o Created business plan, acquired $200K investment, located building,

purchased/leased capital equipment, hired staff and started producing

Conforce, USA / Peru, IN / 2011 - 2012

Directed company start-up to manufacture polyurethane fiberglass floors

(Eko-Flor), for semitrailers, i.e. getting existing 150,000 sf facility

ready for manufacturing, developing plant layout, securing/scheduling

outside contractors for facility repairs, new ventilation, dust

collection and machine installation.
