completion. Consistently exceeded customer satisfaction, build time, budget, and punch out goals.

July, 2009, accepted promotion to General Manager in the Raleigh/Durham location. Responsible for, but not

limited to, P&L, sales, pricing, budget, build time, personnel, and warranty. Consistently met or exceeded

margin goals, reduced sale to start days, and build times, and increased sales. Managed a sales and production

team consisting of two sales consultants, a sales coordinator, a customer coordinator, and a builder. Currently

overseeing construction of a Model Home Center in Benson, N.C.

assistant. Also performed training excercises for new superintendents in other regions of the company.
