to-day functions of the Human Resources department including compliance

Executive Team Leader Logistics - November 2007 - July 2008
I was selected by the District Team Leader to oversee the logistics process
of a new $25 million store. Prior to the store opening, I hired and
trained my team as well as prepared for the original distribution of
freight totaling $5 million. After a successful store opening, I managed
the day-to-day operations of the logistics team utilizing skills in problem
analysis, decision making and financial and quantitative analysis.
. Recruited for New Store Opening - Executed multiple job fairs over a 5
day period, successfully interviewing and hiring a team of 145 team
members for multiple departments and positions throughout the store
utilizing both traditional and behavioral interviewing techniques
