facility incorporating distillation columns, stills, batch and fluid bed
reactors, drying, blending and packaging facilities.
1. Coordinated the process development and production of up to 10 new
products per year over several years
2. Key member of the negotiating team for union contracts in 1983 and
1986.
3. Significantly increased output in both production and service
departments without major capital investments while cutting manpower
requirements and increasing quality.
