This included equipment specification, purchase, installation, qualification, documentation and operator training in the safe use and operation (electrical, mechanical and chemical safety) of equipment (clean rooms, polyimide/photo-resist spin coating and development, metal deposition and imaging/etching) and related trouble shooting, repair, maintenance and preventive/predictive maintenance.

• Manufacturing Engineering support of the transitioning of new processes/products from New Product Development (R&D) to Manufacturing.
