• As division manager, primary duties focused on daily operations and supervision of 160 employee
sample division & 14 employee distribution and fulfillment division. Full P&L responsibility of both.
• As operations manager, managed all facets of product design, engineering, estimation, customer
service, and prototyping. Responsibilities include: assigning new projects, establishing project
priorities and schedules, and meeting with new and established customers to define project scope,
manage expectations, and provide general market guidance.

EHS standards, manpower scheduling, set performance metrics, and mentored leadership team to
meet objectives.
• Driver of various initiatives, including: changing assembly operations to a work-cell format,
establishing Kanban (pull) system, consolidating assembly & distribution functions, and work-flow
realignment.
• Managed projects including a complete plant redesign, evaluating and spec’ing equipment, and
installation of a new dust collection system.

• Designed custom sheet metal electrical enclosures. This included producing CAD drawings, CNC
programs, and bills of material for production.
• Supported manufacturing by designing fixtures, tooling, and dies, redesigning products, and
changing plant layout.
