OBJECTIVE
I am a motivated art professional looking to incorporate my talents with an energetic, leading edge company. I
will achieve this objective by relying on my Art direction and UI art production in the Video Game and Graphic
Arts field where I established budgets, tracked tasks and set milestones for a number of projects, in addition to
being active in the Art Production process of designing logos, brochures, pitch documents, concept drawing, box
art, in-game UI, Shell design and 3D environments and web sites, using 2d and 3D software.
PROFILE
I have a strong background in, layout and design, conceptual art, 3D and 2D art, modeling and texturing. I am
technically proficient in game tools such as Photoshop CS6, Corel Draw, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS
Word, Excel and Dreamweaver. I also have 3DS Max modeling and texturing skills and have a talent for
mastering new in- house proprietary tools.
Under my Art direction, I have managed teams of over 15 artists on multiple projects simultaneously working
on different platforms. I also have the ability to work with individuals on small teams with equal success. I am
flexible and versatile, while maintaining a good sense of humor, without losing sight of goals for the project. I
am poised and competent with demonstrated ability to easily transcend ideas or redirection with creative
solutions while operating in deadline driven environments.
PROFESSIONAL HIGHLITES
Art directed projects with budgets in excess of $2.5 million and as low as budgets of $350,000, always
producing scheduled art on time and on budget, achieving computer game awards which lead to large financial
returns for the publisher. Art directed and produced art for three XBOX demos that launched the new XBOX
console for Microsoft.
Planned and directed photo shoot interviews using 22 WWII Japanese fighter pilots and 23 WWII American
fighter pilots with a budget of $50,000 that raised forecasts and would expand sales of future flight simulation
products.
I have Art directed not only game titles but have directed military simulations and applications for the military.
These projects provided training and guidance for intelligence groups in classroom situations by using film,
interfaces and Google map -like technology to task military students with life-like missions. I worked on
developing a new terrain system for sonar and radar tracking and did all of the UI and Shell work. I also
developed an interactive complex UI and shell that monitored missions, weather, tasking, implementation of
overlays and movie briefings.
The platforms I have worked on are PC, Palm Pilot, Gamecube, 3DO, XBOX, XBOX 360, PS2, PS3, Wii,
Game Pad and Mobile. Most of the games I have worked on or directed have been produced on multiple SKUs.
I have produced award winning brochures, posters and print ads for magazines, newspapers and digital media.
